نخستین جلسه آن نیز در نوروز سال 173 پیش از میلاد با حضور #مهرداد_اول، پادشاه قدرتمند اشکانی برگزار گردید.
#اولین_مصوبه این پارلمان انتخابی کردن شاه ایران توسط بزرگان کشور بود.
